When we start on our entrepreneurial journey, we add to our business tools as we need them to fulfill the need at the time without much forethought and planning. We feel like MacGyver as we experiment with different tools. We buy what we like best or can afford, and do our best to make everything fit together. I don’t feel my business is very tool-heavy. I research a lot before I commit to something and recommend it to my audience.

I immediately signed up for the FREE ACCOUNT because I wanted to get in and see what Systeme offered. Right away I was impressed. I signed up on a Thursday and then spent the entire weekend exploring the different features and researching the possibilities. Is this going to replace all my software tools? Is it going to be able to do all that I want it to do and grow with my business?
IT DOES!
There are so many tools that Systeme can replace in your entrepreneurial toolbox. I will start with some of my favorites and the most commonly used in an online business.
Website / Funnel Builder
Systeme gives you everything you need on the free plan to start your small business. You are allowed three funnels, and 1 custom domain for your website. That isn’t normally given on a free account of any kind; it’s almost always an upgrade. On the unlimited version, you can have an unlimited number of domains, funnels, and websites. Building either is user-friendly and easy to learn. I love that it’s drag-and-drop. There are no coding or advanced design skills necessary. It’s all very intuitive when putting your pages together.
E-Mail Marketing
If you built your sales page or opt-in page, there is always that extra step of integrating it with your email system. There are times when you have software that may not integrate with your current email so then you have to use a tool like Zapier. With Systeme, everything is connected! Your sales and opt-in pages can easily be integrated with email. If you compare some of the features from ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, KartraMail, or Kajabi, Systeme is a powerful contender. It is easy to set up and workflows are simple to create.
Video Hosting
The ability to upload your videos to your course is a money saving feature. As someone who has used ClickFunnels in the past, you would have to host your videos on a paid Vimeo subscription. If you use YouTube to save money, they will play other content or suggest additional videos after yours, potentially sending people away from your course. With Systeme, they host your video and you can upload it without linking out to an external platform. So your course students are only seeing what you intended to show them.
Webinars
The webinar plan on Systeme has an upgraded cost of $47 and gives you evergreen webinars. This is a low price compared to other webinar hosting software such as Everwebinar which costs $99 monthly. Webinar Jam’s starter plan is $49 but the most popular plan is again, $99. And that is only to host webinars! It doesn’t give you the additional features of websites, funnels, email marketing, etc. Systeme saves you a lot of money, especially as your business grows. When you add more complicated sales funnels, a course, or a membership, and pay extra for a large email list.
Course or Memberships
It is super simple to put together a course on Systeme! It is easy to use and works similarly to other course creation platforms such as Teachable, Thinkific, Kartra, or Podia. There is a lot of customization available and you can add your videos, PDFs, lectures, and modules with the click of a button and organize them easily.
Marketplace
One of the most unique features of Systeme is the marketplace where you can purchase other offers from other Systeme users and sell your own! Sell your course or info products. You can also affiliate for the products you purchase and allow others to affiliate for your product. It helps everyone in the Systeme community to support each other in their businesses.
Communities
As I mentioned, you can create your online courses in Systeme and you can also create communities in which your students can join and discuss the course and the subject of your course. People don’t want to be in Facebook groups anymore and Systeme offers a fun alternative. If your course teaches your students how to build a website, for example, students can share their progress in the communities and get feedback from others. It is a good way for your students to feel connected and supported as they go through your course.
How Do I Have Learn to Use Systeme?
I understand you may be thinking, “This all sounds great. But I don’t have time to learn how to use all these cool new tools. I am busy running my business and don’t think I am good with tech.” I understand your hesitation, but the smart people at Systeme have made it easy for us.
SIO Certification
Taking the SIO Certification course will help you learn everything you need to know about Systeme. This will help you get familiar with the platform before building in it. You’ll learn where everything is and what all the features do so you don’t waste time figuring everything out. My daughter took the Systeme certification course before using the software and said it was very helpful in introducing her to the platform and how everything works.
Technical Support
There is helpful customer support when you need it. They have an average response time of 2 hours and will answer your questions 7 days a week!
Moving Your Content
For those just starting out, moving to Systeme may not be a problem as there isn’t much content to move. But if you are a seasoned business owner with a lot of assets, there will be a lot to move over to Systeme. Don’t worry! If you pay for the unlimited plan at $97 per month, they will move your entire business to Systeme and you don’t have to do a thing! Not only will you get free migration, but you will also get ALL the other Systeme features…unlimited! Unlimited funnels, websites, email users, etc. That is a small price for all the features, integration, and free migration. As you create more funnels or add more users, the price increases significantly. Also, there’s no need to pay a costly tech VA to move it all for you.
Integrations
Current payment integrations to Systeme include Stripe, Paypal, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Paystack, and Xendit. If you use Active Campaign for email and want to keep using it, there is a native integration. You can almost link to anything using Systeme’s Public API, webhooks, or a tool like Zapier or Pabbly.
Pricing Options
Free Account
There is currently the free account. This allows you to host three funnels and one custom domain. This is a great way to get familiar with the platform to see if it works for your business.
I know many of my entrepreneur friends are kids in a candy store when it comes to buying URLs so they may benefit from unlimited access which allows them to host unlimited URLs at $97.
Again, you can get everything you need in Systeme and save thousands!

Seriously, what do you have to lose?
I haven’t even gotten to the ins and outs of their affiliate program (another topic for another blog post) but with the free account, you can earn a 60% commission if you refer Systeme to another one of your entrepreneur friends! And you can create an affiliate program for your products. Affiliate software is usually an additional cost using a higher tier than you need or a separate software to integrate into your software setup.
I am very impressed by the Systeme ownership. They continue to invest in upgrading the software and they listen to their users. One example that impressed me was when they changed the number of funnels you could have in your account. You can deactivate funnels and they were not originally included in the total number. They made a change to include deactivated funnels in that count. There was a huge outcry from their community and they reversed their stance about a week later. (You could see all this in their Facebook group.)
They also are straightforward about their issues when they arise and how they address them. I have seen a lot of software companies lately that are a bit dodgy in admitting their shortfalls. One incidence of this was when there were customer service complaints of response time taking too long and systems were slow. Because of Systeme’s rapid growth, they were unable to keep up. They needed to upgrade the back-end systems and hire more people in customer support. Systeme explained their problems, took action, and hired more people pretty quickly. Now you get answers in just a couple of hours instead of 24 hours and their software has proven to be very fast and pretty glitch-free. Software will have its issues. That’s the nature of software. But the company said it was going to take action and it did. I appreciate that as a consumer and it’s one of the many reasons I am a loyal customer.
